Located at the junction of Lower Grand Canal Street and Macken Street, Dublin 2 is home to the Treasury Annex Building. A design created by Henry J. Lyons architects, brought to life by PJ Hegarty & Sons and the forward-thinking of the Ronan Group. This isn’t just another office; it’s an eight-story 103,000 sq. ft., Grade A office statement. It connects seamlessly with the historic Treasury Building forming a campus that blends the old with the new. A prime location in Dublin’s bustling business district.
The Treasury Annex building features eight floors including a mezzanine level on the ground and first floors. Floors 1 through 7 are designed as grey box office spaces and the ground floor houses Google amenities, plant space, reception and areas for future fit-outs. The recently completed building has a BER A3 rating and boasts LEED Platinum, WELL Platinum, and Carbon Zero certifications.
The Project Features Schüco Glazing Systems, which were Designed and Installed by Specialist Façade Contractor Alucraft.
Among the many appointed contractors who were involved in bringing this wonderful project to completion were McNally Mobile Welding, Alucraft, Infinity Lifts and Gabbett Industries Ltd.
This project reflects the developers commitment to quality, sustainability and investment in the long-term growth of Dublin’s city commercial landscape.
